At the Complaint Cell helpline, we offer children the opportunity to raise their voice against any form of abuse and violence by providing them with a credible platform to report their concerns in situations of any physical or mental abuse, exploitation, conflict or atrocities. The Complaint Cell helpline is an entry point for children seeking support and to access emergency assistance. We endeavour to provide solutions in the best interests of children while maintaining complete confidentiality.

The call received at the head office and details of the complaint are taken down from the complainant to be uploaded at our dedicated database software.
Intervention – Our actions include rescue, rehabilitation, legal support and counselling; besides networking with multiple stakeholders such as other NGOs, law enforcement agencies etc to expedite the process of rescuing or helping a child.
Follow Up – Once a complaint is received, BBA ensures long-term rehabilitation for children by visiting their families and helping and supporting them in receiving the rehabilitation packages. BBA also follows up with law enforcement agencies to ascertain the status of prosecution in cases of crimes against children. From time to time updates are provided to complainants on the current status of their complaints through emails or phone calls.
