Ms. Rajni Sekhri Sibal
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Rajni Sekhri Sibal is the CEO of Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi’s Children Foundation and Bachpan Bachao Andolan. She is also an IEM at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as well as Exim Bank (Export Import Bank); and an Independent Director on the Board of Star Health and Allied Insurance. She is also an Advisor to the Seafood Export Association of India.
A recipient of the Indian of The Year 2013 award, Rajni is a civil servant and a writer. She topped the All-India Civil Service Examinations in1986 and worked at the implementation and public policy formulation levels for thirty-seven years, in various fields including Industry, Finance, Taxation, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Home Affairs, Disaster Management, International Cooperation, Education, Urban Planning, Rural Development Fisheries, Dairying and Forestry and Environment. Besides heading capacity-building Institutes like the Haryana Institute of Public Administration, and National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development, she has also worked at the LBS National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. Rajni is a post-graduate in Economics and Psychology.

Mr. Yogesh Sharma
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sharma, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) by profession and a child rights activist by heart, has been associated with the Satyarthi Movement for over 15 years.
After completing his post-graduation in commerce, he went on to pursue the course of a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds more than 20 years of experience of working in various industries. Mr. Sharma joined the organisation in 2004 and since then has been relentlessly contributing to the cause of child rights.

Mr. Dhananjay Tingal
Executive Director
Dhananjay Tingal is one of the renowned names in the social sector. He has been dedicated to the cause of welfare of children, especially, the homeless and street dwellers, in society and served in many national and international non-government agencies working towards ensuring their rights. With more than two and a half decades of experience in the development sector, he has earned a name as an exemplary professional. He is also known for his innovative methods and its application in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He has also served as an independent consultant to various agencies like World Vision, Save the Children, Indo Global Service Society and Prayas.
Since 2014, Mr. Dhananjay has been working with Bachpan Bachao Andolan in the capacity of the Executive Director of the organization. He is accountable for fundraising, finances, planning, implementing and reviewing various programs of BBA.

Mr. Manish Sharma
Director – Victim Assistance
A Graduate of Avdhesh Pratap Singh University Madhya Pradesh, Mr Sharma joined the organisation as a Manager of Bal Ashram Trust in the year 2000. Later he had taken the responsibility of Mukti Ashram- the short-term rehabilitation center as a Manager, further to it, he worked in the Campaigns division as a Senior Manager in Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation (KSCF) in the year of 2017. In the year 2018, he took charge of the Access to Justice Program of BBA as a Senior Manager. Later seeing his commitment to the organization in the year 2021, he was promoted as the Director of the Victim Assistance Department and has been responsible for all the raids & rescues, follow-ups & rehabilitation of the children.

Ms. Sampurna Behura
Director – Movement Building
As the Director of Bachpan Bachao Andolan and a long-time human rights activist and legal expert, Ms. Sampurna Behura has over 24 years of experience in handling legal cases involving the violation of rights of children, women, tribals, Dalits and transgenders. She holds a Doctorate degree from Central University, Hyderabad. She regularly conducts training programs on the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act 2015, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, trafficking and other child-related laws at the CBI, National Police Academy, State Judicial Academies and has been a guest faculty for National Law School, Bangalore, Christ Law College, etc.
Her Public Interest Litigations (PILs) in the Hon’ble Supreme Court and various High Courts especially the landmark PIL of Sampurna Behura vs Union of India WP (Civil) 473 of 2005, have changed the course of legal liberty for children in India and have brought many changes in the discourse of child rights. She has also handled more than 500 cases concerning children and has also been a part of the drafting of laws & policies on the rights of children, transgenders, tribals, Dalits, women and environmental issues.

Ms. Shalini Khanna
Director – Human Resource
A Political Science Hons graduate Ms. Khanna joined as a Receptionist in the year 1999, climbing the ladder of growth from Receptionist to HR Officer then the HR Manager, she is now working in the capacity of Director Human Resource since 2019 with the additional responsibility of handling the administrative department. She has seen the organization grow over the years and during her long journey in different capacities she is known to have efficiently handled challenges with a smile.
