BHOPAL: In a seminar on child rights held at a private hotel in Bhopal by Joining Forces of India, an international alliance of child-rights organizations put forward some shocking data of National Crime Record Bureau showing that rapes of minors in the country have increased 5 times since 1994 to 2016.
