ALLAHABAD: With the aim of making Kumbh Mela a child-friendly fair, Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation and mayor Abhiilasha Gupta on Wednesday jointly launched Mukti Caravan, a grassroots campaign-on-wheels to free children from all forms of exploitation.
