Anti trafficking Bill - A good move, which needs myths separated from its realities

The current law on trafficking only criminalises the act of trafficking. There is no framework for prevention of trafficking, or the protection and rehabilitation of victims. The Bill creates a dedicated three-tier institutional framework at national, state and district level to ensure the effective implementation of the law at all levels.
