On 10th February 2022, 4 child labourers were rescued from the motor market of Sector-40 in Chandigarh. The children were working in the hazardous situation for more than 10 hours on a daily basis. The children were found to be belonging from UP.
The Daily Diary Registration (DDR) has been done in the case and the children have been produced before the Child Welfare Committee.
